The Company Philippines is looking for a Production Monitoring Associate to join our team in Cebu

We are seeking a Production Monitoring Associate to support our team in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for individuals with sharp attention to detail, strong focus, and a proactive mindset. As part of our monitoring team, you will play a critical role in identifying potential issues in real time—helping maintain operational efficiency and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live video feeds of production lines to ensure continuous operations.

  • Identify and report potential issues such as equipment jams, material shortages, and operator delays.

  • Log downtime and production events with high accuracy using Microsoft Forms and internal reporting tools.

  • Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding critical incidents and escalate when necessary.

  • Prepare and submit accurate shift reports to support performance tracking, compliance, and operational reviews.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for monitoring, reporting, and escalation to maintain structured workflows.

Work Schedule

  • Must be logged in and ready by 6:50 AM EST (10 minutes before production starts).

  • Work until production officially ends and clearance is provided.

  • Remain attentive and engaged throughout the shift, with scheduled breaks provided.

  • Flexibility to work occasional Friday or Saturday shifts as needed.

  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • College-level education or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot irregularities quickly and accurately.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Forms, Excel, and other reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience in monitoring, data entry, or production support is an advantage but not required.
