EOR HR Generalist

On-site | Full-Time 

The Company Philippines is looking for a EOR HR Generalist to join our Cebu team.

In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle for Employer of Record (EOR) engagements, including recruitment coordination, compliant hiring, onboarding, payroll input validation, employee relations, and offboarding. You will work closely with payroll, finance, and internal teams to ensure accurate payouts and strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, while serving as a trusted HR point of contact for EOR employees and clients.

This position is ideal for detail-oriented and organized HR professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement in EOR service delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Support end-to-end EOR recruitment and compliant hiring
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Record and validate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, allowances, deductions)
  • Coordinate with payroll, finance, and internal teams for accurate payouts
  • Serve as HR point of contact for EOR employees and handle employee relations cases
  •  Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Act as HR partner to EOR clients and support audits and documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 2–3 years HR Generalist experience (EOR/BPO/outsourcing preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance
  •  Experience in payroll coordination, invoicing, and employee relations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office.

Is this an on-site position?

Yes. This role is on-site and based at our Cebu branch. You’ll be working closely with the team and our community from the office during regular business hours.
