Internship Opportunity (Marketing, Sales, HR, Accounting)

On-site | On The Job Training (OJT) 

Zero-Ten Park PH (formerly The Company Philippines) is opening opportunities for Marketing, HR, Sales, and Accounting Interns to join our Cebu team.

This internship program is designed to provide hands-on exposure in a dynamic co-working and business services environment. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, gain practical skills aligned with their field of study, and contribute to real projects that support daily operations and client success.

This opportunity is ideal for students who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace.


Internship Areas & What You’ll Do

HR Intern

  • Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding processes

  • Assist with HR documentation, employee records, and compliance requirements

  • Support payroll input recording (attendance, leaves, basic data)

  • Assist in employee engagement and HR administrative tasks

Accounting Intern

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial documentation

  • Support invoice preparation, billing review, and payment tracking

  • Help maintain organized financial records and reports

  • Coordinate with internal teams on accounting-related tasks

Sales Intern

  • Support lead generation, client follow-ups, and sales documentation

  • Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and reports

  • Coordinate with the sales and community teams on daily activities

  • Help track sales data and pipeline updates

Marketing Intern

  • Assist with social media content, marketing materials, and campaigns

  • Support event promotions and co-working space activities

  • Help prepare basic marketing reports and analytics

  • Collaborate with sales and community teams on branding initiatives


What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled students pursuing HR, Psychology, Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related courses

  • Willing to complete an on-site OJT / internship in Cebu

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

  • Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

Is this an on-site position?

Yes. This role is on-site and based at our Cebu branch. You’ll be working closely with the team and our community from the office during regular business hours.

What’s the interview process like?

  1. Initial Screening: Once we receive your application, our team will review your background to see if it aligns with the role.

  2. First Interview: If shortlisted, you’ll be invited for a short conversation—either online or on-site with someone from our hiring team. This helps us learn more about your experience and gives you a chance to ask questions.

  3. Final Interview: Selected candidates will proceed to a more in-depth interview with the branch lead or department head. This may include scenario-based questions or a quick task related to the role.

  4. Offer: If it’s a match on both sides, we’ll extend a job offer and discuss next steps for onboarding.
