Customer Success Acquisition Associate – SEA

The Company Philippines is looking for a Customer Success Acquisition Associate to join our Makati team. In this role, you will help drive client success and growth across the SEA market by managing relationships, supporting bookings, and ensuring seamless experiences for our customers and partners.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, organized mindset who want to grow their career in customer success, sales, and flexible workspace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales channels (email, HubSpot, Messenger) for SEA clients

  • Assist users through their booking journey via chat and email

  • Connect customers with merchants using FlySpaces’ backend tools

  • Keep HubSpot updated with Contacts, Companies, and Deals

  • Manage your client portfolio and small-scale projects

  • Support senior sales with inbound/outbound outreach

  • Contact landlords and operators to prepare listings and viewing schedules

  • Review terms, prepare service agreements, and finalize deals

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Organized, independent, and proactive mindset

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (design skills a plus)

  • Strong commercial sense with a hunter attitude

Bonus:

  • Previous experience in sales, coworking, real estate, or brokerage

Is this an on-site position?

Yes. This role is on-site and based at our Makati branch. You’ll be working closely with the team and our community from the office.
