A fast-growing e-commerce partner of The Company is looking for a Senior Odoo Developer / Implementer to join their global team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity to shape how a tech-forward business runs its operations—from procurement and inventory to fulfillment and finance.
You’ll take the lead on developing and improving their Odoo ERP setup, working closely with both business users and fellow developers. If you enjoy building smart systems that solve real-world problems (and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves), this might be your next favorite role.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain custom Odoo modules
- Analyze business needs and turn them into working solutions
- Integrate Odoo with third-party tools and services (think REST APIs)
- Spot gaps, fix them, and improve how the system runs
- Support version upgrades and data migrations
- Write clean code, document your work, and share knowledge with the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders, possibly mentor junior devs
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Odoo experience (v13+, ideally Odoo 16 or newer)
- Solid Python skills and comfort with PostgreSQL
- Experience working with REST APIs and modern integration tools
- Familiar with key Odoo modules: Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM
- Strong understanding of Git workflows and collaborative dev practices
- Comfortable working in Linux environments
Bonus points if you have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, experience leading ERP projects, and clear, professional communication skills in both written and spoken English. Familiarity with supply chain and finance workflows is a big plus, especially if you thrive in fast-paced, agile work environments.
